Designed for a college, this XeteX custom rooftop unit (RTU) features 25 tons packaged DX cooling, a hot water coil, and electric heater for year-round climate and humidity control. It includes perforation liners in the supply and return air sections for sound attenuation.

• 6” structural steel base frame with welded lifting lugs and acrylic paint
• 0.080 aluminum unit floor with 2” injected foam (R-14) insulation
• 304 SS drain pan
