Designed for a college, this XeteX custom rooftop unit (RTU) features 25 tons packaged DX cooling, a hot water coil, and electric heater for year-round climate and humidity control. It includes perforation liners in the supply and return air sections for sound attenuation.

## CONSTRUCTION

- Outdoor unit with **thermal break construction** 
    - 2” double wall with injected foam (R-value 14) insulation
    - 18ga galvanneal steel outer casing with **acrylic paint**
- 20ga galvanized interior casing
- **6” structural steel base frame** with welded lifting lugs and acrylic paint
- 0.080 aluminum unit floor with 2” injected foam (R-14) insulation
- 304 SS drain pan
