This featured XeteX project is a series of eight custom outdoor Air Handling Units with desiccant dehumidification designed for a Medical application. One of the key highlights of this unit is the active regen wheel, which effectively removes moisture from the air, maintaining the desired humidity levels. 

### Highlights

- Outdoor unit, thermal break double wall construction: 18-gauge exterior and 20-gauge galvanized steel interior and 3" injected foam insulation (R-6.9/in)
- Active regen wheel 
    - Stainless steel liner interior section for corrosion resistance
- Pre-cooling and post-cooling DX coil to achieve a LAT of 42°F 
    - Low ambient controls
    - Heating mode capabilities
- Three SA direct drive plenum fans with VFD controls
- Regen EA up blast tube-axial type fan with VFD controls
- 2” MERV 8 OA and RA filters and 12” MERV 13 final filters
- 304 stainless steel indirect fired burner for heating 
    - 10:1 turndown control
    - Two position heater bypass damper
- Factory mounted Carel DDC controller programmed for full unit control 
    - BACnet MSTP communications provided
