Custom RTU with 100 Tons Packaged DX Cooling and 42K CFM

This XeteX project showcases one of two custom rooftop units for a commercial building in a historic casino town. Unique performance features include 100 tons of packaged DX cooling, as well as split unit construction, and a weight savings and sound absorption design.

  • 0.063” aluminum interior casing selected for weight savings design
• 8” structural steel base frame with welded lifting lugs and acrylic paint
• .080” aluminum unit floor with 2” injected foam (R- 6.9/in) insulation
• 304 SS drain pan
