This XeteX project features one of four custom indoor air handlers for a community center. Unique features include a knockdown unit construction to accommodate a 7’H x 6.5’W pinch point; energy-efficient enthalpy flat plate heat exchanger with face, bypass and recirc dampers; chilled water and hot water coils for year-round climate control; and quality filtration for indoor air quality.

### Construction

- Indoor unit; **four-section split base with knockdown unit construction**
- 2” double wall casing with mineral wool (R-value 4.0/in) insulation 
    - Galvanneal 18ga exterior casing with acrylic paint
    - Galvanized 22ga interior casing
- 6” structural steel c-channel welded base and lifting lugs with acrylic paint
- Galvanneal 18ga floors with PolyIso foam (R- 6.0/in)
- 304 SS drain pan
