Designed specifically for a laboratory application, this XeteX custom Roof Top Unit (RTU) features a high plume lab exhaust fan, epoxy-coated coils and a non-corrosive aluminum construction. 

*A high plume lab exhaust fan was provided by others and mounted atop this custom XeteX Roof Top Unit.*

Run around coils enhance energy efficiency and a packaged DX system provides 55-tons of cooling capacity to maintain optimal temperatures. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a hot gas reheat system for precise humidity control and an indirect fired furnace that offers reliable heating, making it a comprehensive solution for laboratory climate management.

- Welded 8” structural steel frame with welded lifting lugs and acrylic paint
- 0.080” aluminum floors with 3” injected foam (R-value 6.9/in) insulation
- 304 SS drain pan
