Designed specifically for a laboratory environment, this XeteX custom Roof Top Unit (RTU) features a high plume lab exhaust fan, epoxy-coated coils and a non-corrosive aluminum construction. Run around coils enhance energy efficiency and a packaged DX system provides 55-tons of cooling capacity to maintain optimal temperatures. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a hot gas reheat system for precise humidity control and an indirect fired furnace that offers reliable heating, making it a comprehensive solution for laboratory climate management.
