Innovative RTU Features for a Healthcare Center
This customized rooftop unit (RTUs) is designed with a six-section split unit layout. The all-aluminum construction with dual internal stainless-steel liner sections provide corrosion resistance for durability and long-lasting performance saving replacement costs.
The inclusion of UV lights helps in sterilizing the air, reducing the risk of airborne infections, and the high-efficiency MERV 14 and MERV 11 filters aid in delivering clean air free from contaminants. The steam humidifier manifold ensures patient comfort and reduces the spread of pathogens.
The unit incorporates both chilled water (CW) and hot water (HW) coils, enhancing its ability to maintain precise temperature control. Aiding in serviceability are HW/CW coil pull racks and two piping vestibules.
