This custom six section split XeteX energy recovery unit features chilled water, hot water coils, and an epoxy coated sensible flat plate heat exchanger. It is built for energy efficiency and long-lasting performance, while maintaining indoor air quality and a comfortable environment for casino patrons.
This casino needed an energy recovery alternative to enthalpy energy wheels for their ERV system. Xetex designed the ERV with an epoxy coated flat plate heat exchanger to protect against corrosion and extend the lifespan of the heat exchanger. Perforated sound baffling liners were added in the supply air and exhaust air sections for quiet operation.
The large custom ERV was designed in split sections for rigging to the rooftop.
