XeteX Receives 2024 “Triangle of Achievement” Award
Onalaska, WI (October 2024)—XeteX was one of four companies honored to receive the 2024 “Triangle of Achievement” award at the La Crosse Area Development Corporation (LADCO) Industry Appreciation event held October 29, 2024, at the Stoney Creek Hotel in Onalaska, WI.
Receiving the Triangle of Achievement Award is XeteX Plant Manager, Matt Morey.
Contributions
In addition to XeteX, Mathy Construction, Riverland Energy, and Dairyland Power were also 2024 “Triangle of Achievement” award recipients. LADCO showcased the positive impacts each company has had on the community, including enhancing the La Crosse area's real estate and quality of life through new jobs, investments, and opportunities.
A significant contribution to these achievements is XeteX’s future $20 million cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Holmen, WI, which began construction in August 2024. The new plant will span over 116,000 square feet, allowing XeteX to double its production capacity, and the 13-acre site offers space for future expansion to support long-term strategic growth. This best-in-class manufacturing facility is anticipated to retain and attract a high-quality workforce for the area.
LADCO played an active role with this new building process by connecting XeteX with developers, state, local, and utility resources, and working directly with their hired site selector to address questions and needs.
Spanning over 116,000 square feet, the new XeteX manufacturing facility in Holmen, WI is on track to open Summer 2025.
Beyond the new manufacturing facility, XeteX has strategically invested $2.5 million in capital equipment for the new factory. These equipment investments significantly enhance operational efficiency, employee job satisfaction and safety, and contribute to producing more consistent quality output and precise results.
